What is Xolara AI?
Xolara AI is an AI customer service agent built for forex and crypto brokers. It answers client questions about deposits, withdrawals, KYC, logins and trading platforms 24/7, using your brokerage's own knowledge. When a case needs a person, it hands over to your team with the conversation history and key details already collected.
How many support tickets can Xolara AI resolve on its own?
In live broker deployments, Xolara AI resolves more than 70% of client conversations without a human agent. For new clients we target 50% automation within the first 60 days. If the agreed KPIs aren't met, you can exit the agreement immediately, with no penalties.
Which languages and channels does Xolara AI support?
Xolara AI replies in your clients' own languages, including Simplified Chinese, Malay, Thai, Vietnamese and Arabic, and understands mixed-language and transliterated messages. It keeps trading terms like margin call, leverage and KYC accurate. It works in website live chat and email, on LINE and Telegram, and with helpdesks such as Zendesk and Freshchat.
What is Gynix AI?
Gynix AI is a platform for building and running AI agents in manufacturing. With its visual builder, teams create operator assistants that answer from their own manuals and SOPs, and agents that turn machine and sensor data into decisions, without heavy engineering.
Can Gynix AI run on-premise?
Yes. Gynix AI is self-hostable, so it can run on your own servers or private infrastructure. Machine data, manuals and SOPs stay inside your network, which suits factories with strict data and security requirements.
What does an implementation look like?
Every project runs in five stages: discovery, build and train, integration, go-live, and ongoing optimization and support. We train the AI on your own manuals, past tickets and SOPs, connect it to the tools you already use, and launch alongside your team with close monitoring before scaling up.
