4. Intellectual Property

Website Content: All content on the SunTech Software website (text, graphics, logos) is owned by SunTech Software.

Client Deliverables: Intellectual property rights regarding custom software or AI solutions developed for a client will be governed by the specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed by both parties. Unless otherwise agreed, SunTech retains ownership of pre-existing code and tools, while granting the Client a license to use the deliverables.

5. AI Services Disclaimer

For services involving Artificial Intelligence (AI) and AI Agents:

• Accuracy: You acknowledge that AI systems are probabilistic and may produce inaccurate or offensive outputs ("hallucinations"). SunTech is not liable for errors in AI-generated content.
• Human Review: You agree to implement human-in-the-loop review processes for any critical decision-making based on AI outputs.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Use our AI solutions to generate hate speech, deepfakes, or malicious content.

7. Payment

Payments for custom development projects are governed by the payment schedule outlined in your specific project proposal or invoice. All payments are in MYR, and sales tax may apply.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are generally not provided for work already completed. Project deposits are non-refundable unless SunTech Software is unable to initiate the project.

9. Privacy

We care about your privacy. By using our Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SunTech Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from the use of our web or AI solutions.
